EnergyCite 2024 year end shareholder news letter

We are very pleased to announce to all our nearly 100 USCL shareholders that EnergyCite, the successor corporate entity to USCL, is on track for release of its EMS-2020 product line in 2025 to utility companies and their customers.

We are asking all shareholders to review our website at https://energycite.com ASAP. Under “About” check out our esteemed Board of Directors, beginning with David Block, son of our former director Bob Block, and ending with Dr. Valentina Zharkova, an internationally acclaimed scientist. And, none other than Hollywood’s Pat Boone is both a board member and VP of investor relations. Pat has been with us as an investor and spokesperson since 2011.

Also review the contents of the “Invest” section with emphasis on the “Letter to all USCL/EnergyCite shareholders” and the “Board of Director Communications”

We are asking that all USCL shareholders contact me immediately by email at tom@energycite.com and verify the total amount of your USCL shares so that we can exchange them for EnergyCite shares in a like amount as soon as possible.

Moreover we are making a onetime very special offer to all our former shareholders to make up for the years of no returns on their investment. This is explained in detail in the above mentioned “Board of Director Communications.”

The sum and substance is that we are asking all shareholders to invest a small amount of money now for a guaranteed ten to one return next year. Thus a $1,000 investment now returns $10,000 within a year.

To kick this off, Pat Boone has invested $10,000 this week as a sign of his confidence and with the goal of stimulating everyone else to do whatever they can now; before the close of December.
