Waison is the world’s largest electrical utility power meter manufacturer. They are the largest single investor in EnergyCite formerly known as USCL. Pictured above top is the signing ceremony in Changsha wherein the Hunan Werko group under Waison invested $500,000 in EnergyCite/USCL in exchange for 500,000 shares of common stock.
